WORKSHOP: Building on the preceding panel discussions, this workshop focuses on the development of partner, sponsor, and investor engagement strategies, tailored to the needs of the participating incubation program representatives. All attendees are invited to form groups of 6-8 participants which discuss and analyze each program’s unique situation using the C.A.R. (Challenge, Action, Result) method. Guided by experienced discussion leaders, all groups present their results at the end of the workshop.
