Victor Ladeira holds a Master’s degree in Cultural Goods and Social Projects, with emphasis on professional vocation among low-income youth; graduated in Social Communication with specialization in Corporate Social Responsibility, and MBA in Business and Projects Management; he is also a Master Coach associated with the Act Coaching International School. He has twelve years of experience in the areas of Institutional Development and Sustainability in large companies (national and multinational) and NGO management (in the areas of Education, Culture, Sports and Safety); has experience in planning and coordinating feasibility studies and social diagnostics, mapping and elaboration of internal processes, planning and project management, as well as recognized skills in negotiation, conflict mediation and team development.
Victor specializes in applying entrepreneurship education as a tool for the socioeconomic development of social disadvantage people. He managed innovation projects in Igarapé Institute, using technology for dealing with public safety issues in Nairobi – Kenya, Cape Town – South Africa and Rio de Janeiro – Brazil. He was Executive Director and responsible for the modernization of the management of the Bola Pra Frente Institute, Rio. Currently he is Director of Institutional Development of CIEDS – Integrated Center for Sustainable Development Studies and Programs.
